BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 to resolve complex escalations, support ES 1.1x remediation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role requires server-to-station knowledge of Medstation systems and strong SQL/Windows skills, with a focus on data quality and customer satisfaction.

This position is remote-enabled with on-site collaboration as needed, based in the United States. BD emphasizes training, regulatory adherence, and a growth mindset to continuously improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience in CS/tech.
• 2+ years of Microsoft SQL experience.
• Ability to write SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN) and analyze data.
• Experience with SSIS and SSRS.
• Windows Server administration (2008+).
• Networking basics and OS logs review.
• IIS and Web App Administration.
• Group Policies administration.
• VMware terminology and administration.
• XML language understanding and log review skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, callbacks, and escalations on the 1.1x channel.
• Maintain high data quality and provide customer updates in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with ES 1.1x upgrade team for timely support.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements for remediation efforts.
• Continuously expand knowledge of ES 1.1x and BD products.
• Complete required training within established deadlines.
