Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electronic Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft SQL experience and ability to write queries.
• Familiarity with SQL Server tools and Windows server environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for BD Medstation ES 1.1x upgrades and remediation.
• Troubleshoot complex customer issues across server to station components.
• Document case notes clearly and maintain data quality in Salesforce.
