Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Flex Support Specialist to deliver post-sales technical support for the Flex CAD solution on Windows and Linux. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person channels, troubleshoot hardware/software, and assist with device configuration and software support.

The role requires customer-service excellence, familiarity with ITIL practices, and experience with ticketing systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dedicated technical support role with end-user focus.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and/or Linux OS for troubleshooting.
• Experience resolving hardware and software issues effectively.
• Familiar with networking concepts and mobile device support.
• Customer service excellence and clear communication.
• Relevant IT certifications (A+, Network+, MCP) are a plus.
• Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk, ServiceNow or Jira.
• Proficient in remote support tools and scripting basics.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Comfort with AI-assisted productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
• Configure and maintain end-user devices and peripherals.
• Install and support software applications for customers.
• Assist with network diagnostics and basic connectivity problems.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when needed.
• Follow ITIL or related service management best practices.
• Maintain flexibility for shift work and on-call rotations.
