Job summary

Propel is hiring a Technical Support Engineer for a fully remote role in the United Kingdom. You will own day-to-day customer support and technical requests, diagnose and resolve issues, and collaborate with Engineering for deeper interventions.

This hands-on role offers real ownership as the business scales, with a focus on clear communication of complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users and a genuine passion for helping customers.

Qualifications

• Strong technical/engineering background.
• Experience supporting software/SaaS products.
• Comfortable understanding how software systems work.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Someone who enjoys working with people as much as they enjoy solving technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day customer support and technical requests
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Work closely with Engineering when deeper technical intervention is needed
• Help build and develop an excellent support function as the business scales
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users
• Have regular customer interaction, so being a genuine people person is important
