Propel Together is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for a fully remote, UK-style salary £45k–£50k. In a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, you will own customer requests, diagnose issues, and work with Engineering to resolve complex problems.

You'll help shape a scalable support function, translating technical concepts for both technical and non-technical users, while maintaining strong customer relationships in a fully remote team.

• Experience supporting software/SaaS products.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day customer support and technical requests.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering when deeper technical intervention is needed.
• Help build and develop an excellent support function as the business scales.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
• Have regular customer interaction, so being a genuine people person is important.
