Job summary

Propelus is hiring Customer Support Specialists to work remotely in a high-volume SaaS environment. You will provide multichannel support (phone, chat, email) for CE Broker and EverCheck products, becoming an expert user of the platform and leveraging AI to handle routine requests while resolving complex issues.

You’ll troubleshoot software problems, educate customers on account options, and relay feedback to improve the product.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a contact center or SaaS support role.
• Experience with Zendesk or a similar help desk system.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Comfort with AI tools in support.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Spanish fluency is a strong plus.
• Associate's degree or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume multichannel inbound support via phone, chat, and email.
• Resolve 6 to 8 cases per hour while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Assist with AI-supported workflow and handle complex conversations.
