Job summary

Push Security Ltd is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join a fast-moving cybersecurity startup. You’ll be the front line for onboarding, troubleshooting, and helping customers maximize the value of our secure enterprise browser extension.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical support or solutions engineering for SaaS or security products, with strong web tech, AWS CloudWatch, and SQL experience, plus excellent communication skills and startup adaptability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical support or solutions engineering for SaaS/security.
• Strong knowledge of web tech: HTTP, APIs, browsers, authentication.
• Experience with AWS CloudWatch and SQL data queries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive in startups.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer technical queries via chat, email, and video calls.
• Troubleshoot integration issues involving browsers, identity providers, and APIs.
• Reproduce, diagnose, and escalate complex problems to engineering.
• Document issues and resolutions to improve internal knowledge and guides.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and solution engineering for a great user experience.
• Provide feedback from customers to improve the product.
• Serve as escalation point for TSEs in UK and US regions.
