Job summary

BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 in Charlotte, NC, to resolve complex issues, handle escalations, and support ES 1.1x upgrades. The role requires strong SQL, Windows Server, and networking skills and involves collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• SQL experience (2+ years) and ability to write queries.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, SSIS, SQL Server, networking concepts, and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex, time-sensitive issues including customer escalations and remote troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with ES 1.1x upgrade team to ensure timely communication and remediation efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of BD products and industry regulatory requirements while documenting case notes in Salesforce.
