Vision Unlimited’s client seeks an Engineer - Technical Support to design, install, configure and analyze unified communications and contact center solutions for enterprises. The role is remote and aligned to US shift timings.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing PBX/CC/WFO, installing PBXs/SBCs, CRM integration, and troubleshooting QoS while providing regular status updates and design documents.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have minimum BE/ME/MCA in Computer Science or related courses.

Responsibilities

• Gather detailed requirements from end-customers.
• Design a PBX, contact center, and WFO solution for customers.
• Install and configure PBXs, SBCs, and contact center servers.
• Interface with customers on operational issues and drive resolutions using SOPs.
• Work with network diagnosis tools and analyze logs and reports.
• Coordinate CRM integration with PBX/Contact center solutions.
• Design and implement effective inbound and outbound call flows.
• Troubleshoot QoS related issues.
• Debug application issues by analyzing server logs.
• Provide regular status reports to management.
• Create solution design documents for customer sites.
