Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a Technical Support Analyst for a remote, work-from-home role with mandatory on-site training at our Mission, KS headquarters. You will handle inbound calls, resolve issues remotely, and create service requests in our ticketing system. Some projects and training will occur as needed.

Role requires problem solving, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset; travel by air may be required if located outside the area. Training is three weeks onsite.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Windows OS and desktop troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ticketing or service desk tools and SLA-driven resolution times.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer calls with remote problem resolution and professionalism.
• Open and track service requests in the ticketing system.
• Assist with customer support or research projects as needed.
