Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a Pharmacy Support Analyst to troubleshoot and maintain ScriptPro systems, software, hardware and peripherals. You will use remote tools to assist customers, advise on best practices for system configuration and pharmacy workflow, and resolve issues on the first contact where possible.

This role is remote from home with occasional on-site requirements in the Kansas City area. Strong documentation, communication, and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• An associate degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• 3+ years experience with Windows OS, networking, software and hardware Troubleshooting.
• Advanced knowledge of desktop and peripheral hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting proprietary software applications.
• Proficiency with remote support tools (BOMGAR, PCAnywhere, SecureLink, Windows Remote Desktop).
• SQL databases familiarity and query syntax.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide information and resolve inquiries about products and services.
• Conduct technical analysis and review system performance.
• Troubleshoot proprietary software, insurance and credit card processing, and reporting tools.
• Research information using knowledge bases, procedures and documented requests.
• Respond to inquiries from general or expert queues as assigned.
• Provide support via phone, chat and email, manage ticket queue by priority.
• Recommend workflow changes based on pharmacy needs and best practices.
