Job summary

ScriptPro is looking for a Technical Support Analyst responsible for providing remote support and resolving customer inquiries with high professionalism. This position requires troubleshooting software and hardware systems, maintaining user account information, and participating in service projects.

The candidate must have an Associate's degree or similar experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote position, with initial onsite training required in Kansas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate’s degree or 2 years of related experience.
• Basic Windows OS knowledge required.
• Preferred familiarity with ticketing software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer service calls.
