Job summary
ScriptPro is seeking a Pharmacy Support Analyst for a remote role with preference for candidates in the Kansas City metro area. The position involves troubleshooting ScriptPro systems, applications, hardware, and peripherals, using remote tools to assist customers, and advising on best practices for configuration and workflow.
Responsibilities include handling inquiries, performing technical analysis, and coordinating with field technicians.
Qualifications
- An associate degree in computer science or related field preferred.
- 3+ years experience with Windows OS, networking, software, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Advanced knowledge of desktop and peripheral hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting proprietary software applications.
- Proficiency with remote support tools such as BOMGAR, PCAnywhere, SecureLink, or Windows Remote Desktop.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries about products and services.
- Conduct technical analysis and review of system performance.
- Troubleshoot issues with software, reports, and pharmacy workflow.
- Respond to customer inquiries from a general queue or a subject matter expert queue.
- Deliver service and support through phone, chat and email.
- Monitor systems to minimize downtime and coordinate field support.
- Document all job functions with high data quality in Siebel.
