Job summary
ScriptPro is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide remote support for software and hardware issues in a fast-paced environment. On-site training at our Mission, KS headquarters will occur for three weeks, with most work performed remotely thereafter.
The role reports to the Supervisor, Technical Support and requires strong problem solving and customer service skills. Shift is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 11:30am–8:00pm CST, with occasional on-site work for Kansas City
Qualifications
- Requires at least an Associate’s degree in engineering/tech or a Bachelor’s degree, or 2 years related experience.
- Basic Windows OS knowledge (XP/7/10/11).
- Experience with desktop and peripheral troubleshooting helpful.
- Familiarity with ticketing/service desk software and SLA-driven resolutions beneficial.
- Strong problem solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair ScriptPro systems, hardware, and peripherals.
- Maintain and upgrade software systems and provide hardware support.
- Manage user accounts including rights and security groups.
- Keep knowledge of ScriptPro systems up to date.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
