Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate’s degree in an engineering or technology related field or a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2 years of related experience.
• Requires working knowledge of desktop and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel for work.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer service calls to provide remote support.
• Open service requests in a ticketing system for tracking customer inquiries.
• Analyze and troubleshoot ScriptPro systems, hardware, and peripherals.

Skills

Basic Windows OS Knowledge

Desktop and peripheral troubleshooting

Problem solving and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education

Associate's degree in engineering or technology

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
