Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a bilingual Technical Support Analyst to deliver remote support for software and hardware, handling inquiries from a ticketing system and escalating as needed.

Training will be conducted onsite for three weeks at our headquarters in Mission, KS. The role requires strong problem-solving, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree or 2 years related experience.
• Proficient in written and verbal French communication.
• Basic Windows OS knowledge (XP/7/10/11).
• Experience with desktop/peripheral troubleshooting preferred.
• Familiarity with SLA-driven support and ticketing systems.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, maintain and repair ScriptPro systems and peripherals.
• Maintain and upgrade software systems and provide hardware support.
• Manage user accounts, access rights and security groups.
• Grow knowledge of ScriptPro systems and assist with special projects.
