Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding calls with new customers, including ATS integration setup and troubleshooting.
• Conduct administrative training sessions to help customers and their teams use the platform.
• Configure automations, workflows, and account settings based on customer needs.
• Triage and resolve candidate support requests, escalating complex technical issues as needed.
• Document common issues and onboarding processes to improve internal knowledge.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and issues.
