Cangrade is hiring a Technical Customer Success Specialist to join our remote US-based team. You will drive technical onboarding, ATS integration, and ongoing client support for our talent screening platform.

The role requires SQL basics and coding familiarity (PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS), excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote startup environment. Full-time with generous vacation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding calls with new customers, including ATS integration setup and troubleshooting
• Conduct administrative training sessions to help customers and their teams use Cangrade effectively
• Configure automations, workflows, and account settings based on customer needs
• Triage and resolve candidate support requests, escalating complex technical issues as needed
• Serve as a technical resource for the Customer Success team, helping identify and troubleshoot integration and platform issues
• Document common issues, solutions, and onboarding processes to improve internal knowledge and customer-facing resources
• Partner with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and technical issues
