As a Technical Customer Success Specialist at Cangrade, you will play a vital role within our Customer Success team, providing technical onboarding, integration support, and customer service to clients using our talent screening platform. You'll help lead onboarding calls, troubleshoot customer issues, conduct administrative training, and configure automations and workflows for our customers. You'll also help field candidate support requests alongside our engineersas we continue to scale.
On occasion, you will get to examine the source code and even make changes in it, fixing a bug or even making an improvement (of course, not without support from your teammates and theall-powerful ClaudeCode).

Lead technical onboarding calls with new customers, including ATS integration setup and troubleshooting
Conduct administrative training sessions to help customers and their teams use Cangrade effectively
Configure automations, workflows, and account settings based on customer needs
Triage and resolve candidate support requests, escalating complex technical issues as needed
Serve as a technical resource for the Customer Success team, helping identify and troubleshoot integration and platform issues
Document common issues, solutions, and onboarding processes to improve internal knowledge and customer-facing resources
Partner with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and technical issues
Understanding of SQL databases and basic query language (Intermediate)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to effectively assist customers and convey technical concepts remotely (Strong)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines (Strong)
Strong passion for providing exceptional customer service and technical support (Strong)
Adaptability and willingness to embrace challenges and new tasks in a dynamic startup environment (Strong)
Experience in working with customers, implementation, or technical support
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with, or strong aptitude for learning, ATS platforms and HR technology (e.g., NEOGOV or similar)
Familiarity with workflow automation tools or configuration-based (no-code/low-code) platforms
