Job summary

Darktrace is a global leader in AI-driven cybersecurity, seeking a Technical Success Manager to blend technical depth with customer advocacy and commercial awareness. This remote role helps customers embed the platform into daily security operations, reducing risk and delivering measurable value.

You will collaborate across teams including Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, and Support, maintaining a clear view of customer health and renewal readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as CSM, TAM, or similar.
• Understanding enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, or SaaS environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance.
• Strong communication, presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with security operations or incident response is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with security and IT teams and align on success outcomes.
• Create practical success plans to drive platform adoption and measurable value.
• Identify high-value use cases to embed the platform into daily security ops.
• Monitor usage and health indicators to spot adoption gaps and renewal risks.
• Guide customers from deployment to active use, accelerating Time-to-Value.
• Lead mitigation for blockers, integration challenges, and health risks.
• Provide technical health insights for renewal readiness and QBRs.
• Highlight opportunities for expansion in partnership with the Account Executive.
• Advocate for customer feedback to inform product decisions.
