Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., CSM, TAM, TAC).
• Understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance.
• Confident engaging with security engineers, SOC analysts, admins, and executives.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with renewal governance, health scoring, and adoption analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams, understanding priorities and success outcomes.
• Create practical technical success plans to drive platform adoption and measurable value.
• Identify high-value use cases that integrate the platform into daily security operations.
• Use usage and health indicators to spot adoption gaps, risks, and retention issues early.
• Guide customers from deployment to active use, accelerating Time-to-Value and reducing handover friction.
• Lead mitigation planning for blockers, integration challenges, and operational gaps.
• Provide clear technical health insights into renewal readiness and account strategy.
• Surface opportunities for expansion in partnership with the Account Executive.
• Champion the voice of technical users, feeding product feedback and risk visibility internally.
