Darktrace is seeking a Technical Success Manager (TSM) to blend deep technical insight with customer advocacy and commercial awareness. You will partner with security, IT, and stakeholders to embed the platform into daily security operations, reduce risk, and drive measurable outcomes.

This remote role requires travel at least twice yearly and may report to the New York or Miami area offices occasionally. You will work with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, Services, and Support to

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as CSM/TSM/TAM or similar.
• Understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for customers and internal teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams to understand priorities and outcomes.
• Create practical technical success plans to drive platform adoption and measurable value.
• Identify high-value use cases to make the platform part of daily security operations.
• Use product usage indicators to spot adoption gaps, risks, and renewal readiness.
• Lead mitigation planning for blockers, gaps, and health risks.
• Provide technical health insights for renewal readiness, QBRs, and growth discussions.
• Surface technical opportunities to support expansion and cross-sell with the account team.
• Represent customer voice for product feedback and risk visibility.
