Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Technical Success Manager to blend technical depth with customer advocacy and commercial awareness. You will partner with security and IT stakeholders to turn deployment into meaningful adoption, embedding the platform into daily security operations and reducing risk.

Travel at least twice yearly and remote options available for east coast candidates. You will collaborate with Account Executives and Services teams to monitor health, adoption, and renewal readiness,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Customer Success Manager, Technical Success Manager, or similar.
• Understanding enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for customers and internal teams.
• Comfort engaging with security engineers, SOC analysts, admins, and executives.
• Familiarity with customer success platforms, health scoring, and renewal governance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams to understand priorities and success outcomes.
• Create technical success plans to help customers adopt the platform and realize measurable value.
• Identify high-value use cases that integrate the platform into daily security operations.
• Use usage and health indicators to spot adoption gaps and renewal risks early.
• Guide customers from deployment to active use, accelerating Time-to-Value.
• Lead mitigation planning for blockers, integration challenges, and operational gaps.
• Provide health insights for renewal readiness, QBRs, and growth discussions.
• Highlight technical opportunities that support expansion with the Account Executive.
