Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Technical Success Manager to partner with security, IT and stakeholders, turning deployment into sustained operational value. You will work with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, and Services to monitor health, adoption progress and renewal readiness.

You will engage with security engineers, SOC analysts and executives, translating complex concepts into practical guidance and driving measurable outcomes across customers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish or Danish and English is essential.
• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager.
• Understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure environments.
• Ability to drive adoption, retention and customer health improvements.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams.
• Create practical technical success plans to help customers adopt the platform and realise value.
• Identify high-value use cases that integrate the platform into daily operations.
• Monitor usage metrics to spot adoption gaps and risks early.
• Guide customers from deployment to active use, accelerating Time-to-Value.
• Lead mitigation planning for blockers and operational gaps.
• Provide technical health insights for renewals and account strategy.
• Highlight opportunities for expansion in collaboration with Account Executive.
