Job summary

Darktrace is seeking an experienced Technical Success Manager to bridge technical depth with customer advocacy and commercial awareness. You will partner with security and IT stakeholders to embed the platform into daily security operations, reduce risk, and drive measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, and Support to monitor health, adoption, and renewal readiness, while identifying high-value use cases and opportunities for expansion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Customer Success Manager, Technical Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Technical Consultant, Product Specialist, or similar.
• Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for customers and internal teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams and understand their priorities.
• Create practical technical success plans to help customers adopt the platform and realise value.
• Identify high-value use cases to make the platform part of daily security operations.
• Use product usage and health indicators to spot adoption gaps and renewal risks early.
• Guide customers from deployment to active use and accelerate Time-to-Value.
• Lead mitigation planning for blockers, integration challenges, and health risks.
• Provide health insights into renewal readiness, QBRs, and growth discussions.
• Surface opportunities to support expansion, upsell, and cross-sell with Account Executives.
• Champion the voice of technical users and ensure product feedback is visible internally.
