Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Technical Success Manager to combine technical depth with customer advocacy and commercial awareness. You will partner with security, IT and technical stakeholders to turn deployment into adoption, embedding the platform into daily security operations to reduce risk and drive measurable outcomes.

You will work with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, and other teams to monitor health, adoption and renewal readiness.

Qualifications

3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager.
Understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS or infrastructure environments.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for customers and internal teams.
Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience with security operations, SOC workflows, threat detection, or incident response is desirable.

Responsibilities

Partner with security, IT and technical stakeholders to turn deployment into meaningful adoption.
Embed the platform into daily security operations to reduce risk and drive measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Support and Renewals on health, adoption and renewal readiness.
Identify high-value use cases and surface opportunities for expansion, upsell and cross-sell with account teams.
Bring technical health insights into renewal planning and quarterly business reviews.
