You will partner with security and IT leaders to turn deployment into meaningful adoption, reducing risk and driving measurable outcomes.

Collaborating with Account Executives, PS, Support, and renewals, you will monitor health and adoption, surface risks, and guide customers from deployment to active use.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infra.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical guidance.
• Comfort engaging with security engineers, SOC analysts, and executives.
• Experience with health scoring, adoption analytics, renewal governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with security and IT teams.
• Create practical success plans to drive platform adoption and value.
• Identify high-value use cases for daily security operations.
• Use usage and health indicators to spot gaps and risks.
• Guide transition from deployment to active use to accelerate value.
• Lead mitigation planning for blockers and gaps.
• Provide health insights for renewal readiness and QBRs.
• Highlight opportunities for expansion with Account Executive.
• Champion feedback from technical users internally.
