Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role in cybersecurity.
• Understanding enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or Infra.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with security and IT stakeholders.
• Create technical success plans to drive platform adoption and value realization.
• Identify high-value use cases to integrate Darktrace into daily security operations.
• Monitor product usage to spot adoption gaps and renewal risks.
• Guide customers from deployment to active use, accelerating Time-to-Value.
• Contribute to renewal discussions with technical health insights.
