Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Technical Solution Consultant to drive the implementation of digital solutions across hospital systems, partnering with IDNs and regional teams from pre-sales through activation and long-term sustainment.

The role requires deep technical, relational, and learning-driven skills to support strategic account engagement, technical reviews, and successful go-lives in a healthcare technology environment. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in medical technology implementation, IT consulting, or digital within healthcare.
Deep understanding of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, healthcare data security, and networking infrastructure
Experience with account management or direct collaboration with capital sales

Responsibilities

Lead and implement digital solutions across hospital systems.
Engage with regional IDNs and hospital IT/digital stakeholders to drive adoption.
Present technical overviews, data flows, and network topology diagrams to gain approval.
Develop standardized implementation processes for repeatable deployments.
Prepare Field Service teams for first-time success with thorough documentation and configurations.
Support post-go-live digital adoption and customer relationship growth.
