Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 5-9 years, including exposure to Financial Compliance.
• Client Service Orientation: Uses data quality concepts and tools to resolve issues, valuing client needs as a high priority.
• Problem Solving & Judgment: Expert analytical skills, capable of understanding complex business problems and developing solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Strong familiarity with risk and compliance products and a hands-on technical problem-solving approach.
• Presentation Skills & Communication: Advanced ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to set direction, motivate, and align teams effectively.
• Teamwork: Strong team collaboration skills, soliciting input and managing conflict effectively.
• Technical skills: Working knowledge and/or specialized understanding of: Software Development Life Cycle; Windows and Linux; RDBMS (SQL Server/Oracle/DB2) and SQL; Websphere/Tomcat/Weblogic; RabbitMQ /IBM MQ; SOAP/REST; XML; Elasticsearch; MS Office; Programming (Powershell, Java, python) and producing technical documentation.

Responsabilités

• Provides technical integration and consulting services directly to external clients, sales teams, and other support staff for financial services, collections, healthcare, government, law enforcement and insurance verticals for business services products.
• Share product knowledge, best practices, and technical examples with clients in order to advance implementation completion. Conduct analysis and apply problem-solving skills to determine root cause of issues. Collaborate with, engage and elevate to appropriate resources when necessary to get issues addressed. Own correspondence with Sales and client until issue is resolved.
• Provides installation, implementation and configuration support, while keeping implementation project plans up to date.
• Communicates technical terms to internal and external clients of varying levels of technical understanding.
• Uses technical expertise in providing 3rd-level support to clients.
• Conducts technical presentations and product demonstrations regarding integration with the clients products.
• Participates in departmental projects that improve the productivity of the team.
• Completes required training and skill development to support the client base, individual developmental needs, team objectives, department goals, and company initiatives.
• Maintains a detailed understanding of databases, programming, search technologies, and web technologies.
• Continues building on best practices for improved client satisfaction, while looking for opportunities and submitting ideas to improve team effectiveness and productivity in working with Sales, clients, and Web Service solutions.
