Job summary

JD Power is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to partner with automotive clients, turning complex challenges into clear technical solutions. You will own the solution design from discovery to kickoff, coordinating with Analysts, Architects, and Developers to deliver on client needs.

You will be responsible for guiding high-level estimates, creating documentation, and presenting approaches to stakeholders while mentoring junior teammates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales engineering, or technical solution design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
• Own high-level estimates and review detailed estimates from development, QA, and architecture partners.
• Produce solution documentation (requirements, wireframes) and client-facing SOWs and proposals.
• Present solution approaches to clients and mentor junior teammates.
• Identify opportunities to expand work with the client based on unmet business needs.
