Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Technical Solutions Architect to lead technical sales engagements and architecture for North American channel partners, focusing on HPE Aruba platforms. This role requires strong networking knowledge, customer discovery, and the ability to translate business needs into validated architectures.

You will collaborate with Arrow sales and supplier teams, deliver compelling presentations, and stay ahead of technology trends to drive revenue and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing, architecting, or supporting enterprise networking solutions.
• HHands-on experience with HPE Aruba solutions.
• Experience conducting technical discovery and translating business requirements into validated technical architectures.
• Industry certifications related to networking solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical enablement and architectural guidance to channel partners and Arrow sales teams in the development of integrated solutions centered on HPE Aruba technologies.
• Assist channel partners with demand-generation activities including workshops, assessments, technical events, webinars, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding customer objectives, technical requirements, recovery objectives, and decision-making processes.
• Lead technical sales engagements including discovery, architecture design, sizing, workload assessment, demonstrations, and migration planning.
• Design and recommend HPE Aruba solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations and executive briefings to partner sales teams, engineers, architects, customers, and stakeholders.
• Provide competitive positioning and market differentiation.
• Collaborate with supplier teams, Arrow sales organizations, partner account managers, and engineering resources.
• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, supplier roadmaps, industry trends, and best practices.
• Experience with vendors such as Alcatel-Lucent, Arista, Cisco, Gigamon, Juniper, Keysight, or Palo Alto is a plus.
