Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to lead a team of 10–15+ engineers delivering deployment, upgrade, and security engagements across Cortex. You’ll drive pre-sales, LOE estimates, and SOW creation while hitting milestones and CSAT targets.

You’ll oversee SOC, endpoint protection, threat mitigation, Cloud Posture, and automation, partnering with Sales to scope engagements and grow accounts across North America.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing 10+ resources and 5+ years enterprise cybersecurity delivery.
• 3+ years leading government engagements with FedRAMP, FISMA, FAR.
• In-depth knowledge of SOC environments, IR, and SOAR operations.
• Practical knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, containerization, and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Cortex product suite and Salesforce/Clarizen/G-Suite.
• Bachelor's/Masters in technical field; ability to travel up to 20% in NA.
• CISSP, PMP, CCSP, or CISM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities for 10–15+ consultants, including hiring and career development.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery across SOC operations, endpoint protection, threat mitigation, and related workstreams.
• Partner with Sales to scope engagements, generate SOWs, estimate LOEs, and pitch consulting packages.
• Build strategic client relationships and manage escalations to safeguard timelines.
• Onboard and manage third-party partners and contractors to integrate external talent.
• Collaborate with PMO on project planning and expand technical training content.
