Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Practice Lead within the Center of Excellence to drive regional delivery of our Cortex and Cloud portfolios. You will bridge global engineering standards with regional field execution to deliver world-class outcomes across the lifecycle.

In this remote, matrix-led role, you will align Professional Services, Customer Success, Product Engineering, and GTM leadership to scale delivery, champion AI-powered automation, and optimize performance across geographies

Qualifications

Transformational services leadership at senior levels across enterprise PS/CS or management consulting.
Strategic operations, orchestration, or executive advisory in high-growth cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
Executive stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Sales and Services teams.
Understanding of AI-driven security operations and GenAI in security contexts.
Proven ability to design, scale, and optimize delivery methodologies and KPIs.
Strong communication skills for C-suite audiences; translate complex strategies into action.
Deep technical literacy in modern cybersecurity architectures and related platforms.

Responsibilities

Own regional execution and governance of COE methodologies, tailoring to regional dynamics.
Coordinate PS and CS for unified delivery frameworks and joint handoffs.
Serve as regional escalation point for complex delivery challenges and risks.
Lead end-to-end customer journey from deployment to value realization.
Define boundaries between PS and CS to minimize friction in transitions.
Drive AI-enabled standardization and repeatable delivery assets.
Partner with Sales and GTM to align delivery readiness with deal motions.
Advise on strategic enterprise deals with feasibility, scoping and risk considerations.
Collect theater insights to inform Global COE and Product roadmaps.
Monitor regional capacity, demand, and delivery risks to preempt bottlenecks.
Mentor field teams on new features and advanced toolsets for delivery excellence.
