Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Professional Services Leader to oversee a team of 10–15+ consultants and subcontractors delivering deployment, upgrade, and security engagements across the Cortex product suite. You will drive pre-sales support, estimate LOEs, and create SOWs while ensuring milestones, revenue targets, and high CSAT.

The role is remote but collaborative across geographies; travel up to 20% across North America is required.

Qualifications

10–15+ technical consultants managed; 2+ years team leadership.
Experience driving Cortex Cloud deployment or upgrade engagements across CSPM/CWPP apps.
In-depth knowledge of SOC environments, incident response, and threat mitigation.
Practical knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead daily activities for 10–15+ consultants and subcontractors.
Oversee end-to-end service delivery across SOC, Cloud, and AppSec workstreams.
Partner with Sales to scope engagements, generate SOWs, and estimate LOEs.
Maintain milestones, revenue targets, and high CSAT.
Onboard and manage third-party partners and contractors; enforce quality standards.
Collaborate with PMO on project planning and expand training content.
