Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Manager of Professional Services to lead a team of 10–15+ technical consultants and subcontractors delivering deployment, upgrade, and strategic security engagements across Cortex. You’ll drive growth through pre-sales, LOE estimation, and SOW creation while hitting milestones and CSAT targets.

You will oversee SOC operations, threat mitigation, and automation workstreams, partnering with Sales to scope engagements and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing teams of 10+ technical resources
• 5+ years delivering or supporting enterprise cybersecurity solutions
• In-depth knowledge of SOC environments, incident response, and security controls
• Cloud platforms, containerization, orchestration, CI/CD DevOps workflows
• Familiarity with Cortex product suite and operational tools (SFDC, Clarizen, G-Suite)
• Undergraduate or Master’s degree; ability to travel up to 20% in North America

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities for 10–15+ multi-disciplined consultants, including hiring, career development, capacity scheduling, performance management, and promotions.
• Oversee end-to-end service execution across SOC operations, Endpoint protection, Threat Mitigation, Cloud Posture, Runtime, AppSec, and Automation workstreams.
• Partner with Sales and Account teams to scope engagements, generate SOWs, estimate LOEs, and pitch consulting and automation packages.
• Build strategic client relationships, serve as primary escalation point for complex issues, safeguard project timelines.
• Onboard, train, and manage third-party partners and contractors to integrate external talent while enforcing internal quality standards.
• Partner with PMO on project planning, contribute to new service offerings, and expand technical training content for internal teams.
