Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Services Program Lead to oversee a team of 10–15+ technical Professional Services Consultants and subcontractors, delivering deployment, upgrade, and strategic security engagements across the Cortex product suite.

Drive business growth through pre‑sales, LOE estimation, and SOW creation while maintaining project milestones, revenue targets, billable utilization, and high customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Qualifications

• Leadership experience: 2+ years managing teams of 10+ resources and 5+ years delivering or supporting enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• 3+ years leading government engagements with public sector procurement, compliance (FedRAMP, FISMA, FAR).
• Security & operations domain: SOC, IR, security controls, SOAR, endpoint protection, threat mitigation.
• Cloud & DevOps: cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers, CI/CD, AppSec.
• Familiarity with Cortex product suite and operational tools (Salesforce, Clarizen, G‑Suite).
• Education & Travel: undergraduate or master’s degree; travel up to 20% in North America.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, PMP, CCSP, or CISM.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities for 10–15+ multi-disciplined consultants, including hiring, career development, capacity scheduling and performance management.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery across SOC operations, endpoint protection, threat mitigation, cloud posture, runtime, AppSec and automation workstreams.
• Partner with Sales and Account teams to scope engagements, generate SOWs, estimate LOEs, and pitch consulting and automation packages.
• Build strategic client relationships and act as escalation point for complex issues to safeguard timelines.
• Onboard, train, and manage third‑party partners and contractors to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with PMO to plan projects, develop new service offerings, and expand training content.
