Job summary

Ravago Americas seeks a Technical Service Engineer to deliver commercial technical support to existing and targeted customers. You will interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, act as the technical expert in meetings, and contribute to workshops and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial technical support to existing and targeted customers.
• Attend processing trials and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with material selection and design review of parts or molds.
• Participate in customer meetings as the ‘technical expert’.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and/or workshops.
• Provide technical literature, data sheets, and material properties information.
