Qualifying candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in industrial or commodity sales, and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of exposure in B2B, face to face sales.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve profitable revenue growth and develop new business opportunities.
• Meet gross margin targets as a percentage of sales.
• Utilize customer-centric selling skills to manage the sales process effectively.
• Prospect and call on new accounts, build a robust target funnel.
• Establish, track and close new business targets aligned with long-term growth.
• Develop, execute and manage sales plans, budgets and expenses.
• Collaborate with channel partners to close business per customer requirements.
• Maintain CRM data and sales statistics.
• Coordinate with Technical and Customer Service teams to satisfy customer needs.
• Interact effectively with all customer levels and functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
