Job summary
H. T. PROF Group seeks a Technical Service Engineer to provide customer-facing technical support across the product development lifecycle, including material selection, processing, qualification and launch.
You will work with customers, sales teams and global R&D to identify requirements and deliver practical solutions for engineering thermoplastics and injection molding. The role requires a technical degree and 5–8 years in related fields, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
- 5–8 years in application engineering or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of engineering thermoplastics and injection molding.
- Ability to translate technical challenges into practical solutions.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers through product development lifecycle and provide technical recommendations.
- Develop solutions for material selection, processing and component performance.
- Support molding trials, qualifications and product evaluations.
- Analyze issues with root-cause analysis and provide practical guidance.
- Collaborate with sales, R&D and production teams to support projects.
- Prepare technical reports and customer presentations.
