Job summary

Ravago Manufacturing Americas is seeking a Technical Service Engineer to provide commercial technical support for existing and targeted customers. The role requires interaction with customers, suppliers, agencies, and internal Ravago teams, with remote/field work in the defined U.S. region.

Responsibilities include attending processing trials, troubleshooting, material selection, and delivering technical presentations. Strong English skills are required; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Material Science, Supply Chain or related field.
• Equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license – required.
• Proficiency in English required; Bi-Lingual (Spanish or Portuguese) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Processing assistance, including troubleshooting.
• Attending processing trials and troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Material selection; Part and mold design review.
• Attending customer meetings as the ‘technical expert’.
• Developing and delivering technical presentations and/or workshops.
• Providing data, literature or other information to customers.
