Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial technical support to existing and targeted customers.
• Attend processing trials and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with material selection and part/mold design reviews.
• Present as the technical expert in customer meetings.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and workshops.
• Provide data sheets, literature, and other technical documents.
• Support with determining the cause of part failures.
• Collaborate with Business Development on special projects.
• Answer questions on materials properties, processing, and testing.
• Write visit reports and disseminate information.
