Saint-Gobain Omniseal Solutions is seeking a technically minded Technical Sales Manager to expand our sealing and polymer solutions across the North American Life Sciences market.

The role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to turn complex requirements into business outcomes, reporting to the Global Business Development Manager. This remote position is centered near a major transportation hub with travel up to 50% across North America.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in a technical field is required.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in Life Sciences or related regulated markets.
• Ability to read blueprints and collaborate with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Visits accounts to identify seal applications and provide SME leadership.
• Handles technical service requests for quotations and project actions.
• Advises on seal materials, designs, and configurations.
• Presents product line and company capabilities to customers.
• Coordinates with customer engineering to evolve projects into new business.
• Negotiates complex long-term agreements with strategic customers.
