Job summary

Saint-Gobain North America is seeking a technically minded Technical Sales Manager to expand our Omniseal Solutions portfolio in the North American Life Sciences market. You will translate complex technical requirements into tailored business outcomes, partnering with customers and internal engineers.

This remote role requires up to 50% travel across North America, and reports to the Global Business Development Manager.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in a technical field is required.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in Life Sciences or regulated markets preferred.
• 8+ years of sales experience accepted with non-technical degree.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities with Life Science customers and propose solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on seal materials, designs and configurations to customers.
• Coordinate communication between customer engineering and internal teams.
• Develop pricing proposals and negotiate long-term agreements with strategic customers.
• Travel up to 50% across North America.
