Job summary

GenScript USA Inc. is seeking a Technical Solution Manager to provide account management and high-level technical support, serving as the primary technical source for sales/marketing activities.

This fully remote role may travel occasionally within the United States. The position emphasizes project management, design, and proactive account management, with an estimated salary range of $80,000–$85,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant life science discipline (cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, peptide therapeutics) or MSc with relevant industry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Must be customer-centered and proactive.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and quick to grasp new concepts.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary business, technical, and product/service advice to customers and generate price quotes for project design.
• Analyze customer needs and resolve troubleshooting or complaints with technical issues.
• Identify potential areas of concern and make recommendations during ongoing relationships.
• Maintain close communication with customers and coordinate with technical support when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sustainable growth.
• Organize and deliver training for internal sales and external distributors.
