Qualifications

• Five+ years of technical sales experience in HVAC, refrigeration, thermal management, or industrial cooling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across levels of a customer organization.
• Experience converting technical specs to profitable sales with OEMs and system integrators.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% domestically and reside near a major metropolitan airport.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth in the US by managing direct sales, OEM partnerships, and representative channels.
• Execute a consultative sales approach focusing on system reliability, energy efficiency, and total cost of ownership.
• Identify and secure design-in opportunities with refrigeration system manufacturers, system integrators, and architectural engineering firms.
• Develop and implement route-to-market strategies for cooling system contractors and strategic end users.
• Displace competitors by demonstrating superior product performance and application fit.
• Use CRM tools for disciplined pipeline management, opportunity qualification, and project tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure technical solutions meet customer requirements.
• Represent the organization at key industry trade shows and associations such as AHRI, ASME, or MCAA.
• Provide market intelligence and voice of the customer feedback to guide product development and marketing resources.
• Conduct technical training for partners and customers on product capabilities and competitive positioning.
