Job summary

Pentair is seeking an Aftermarket Regional Sales Manager to cover pump aftermarket parts and service across Municipal, Industrial, Commercial HVAC and Fire Suppression lines. This fully remote role requires owning the territory, building channel partnerships, and driving new business with end users.

Candidates should have 5+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in parts and service for pumping equipment, plus strong presentation skills and expertise with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of sales experience with 3+ years parts and service experience with commercial and infrastructure pumping equipment or equivalent.
• Excellent technical and business presentation skills, including experience presenting to engineers & facility operators and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly identify, qualify, manage, and win new business opportunities for aftermarket parts and service.
• Manage aftermarket parts and service sales development process in coordination with sales channel and internal teams.
• Capture market share by developing business partnership plans with channel partners and directly with end users.
• Influence life cycle cost decisions by conducting technical Lunch & Learns with engineers, maintenance teams & facility operators.
• Manage and promote preventive and predictive capabilities targeted to extend equipment life and solve pumping problems.
• Increase sales opportunity funnel and track win-rate using a CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce).
• Travel up to 60% and engage with distributors, customers, events, and tradeshows.
