Pentair is seeking an Aftermarket Regional Sales Manager to cover Municipal, Industrial, Commercial HVAC, and Commercial Fire Suppression pump lines. You will promote aftermarket parts and service through channel partners and direct end users, owning your territory and driving new business growth in a fully remote position.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of sales experience with a background in pumping equipment, strong presentation skills, and proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of sales experience with 3+ years in parts and service for pumping equipment.
• Strong track record of identifying and winning strategic sales opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Identify and win new business opportunities for aftermarket parts and service.
• Coordinate with sales channel and internal teams to develop sales.
• Develop partnerships with channel partners and directly with end users to grow revenue.
• Conduct Lunch & Learns with engineers and facility operators to influence lifecycle cost decisions.
• Promote preventive and predictive capabilities to extend equipment life.
• Grow the sales funnel and track win-rate using a CRM tool.
• Travel up to 60% and allocate up to 75% of time to distributors, customers, events, and related meetings.
