Job summary

Copeland is seeking a remote Business Development Manager, SaaS Solutions, to drive new software revenue across assigned accounts and territories. You will own the SaaS pipeline from prospecting to contract execution, align IT and business needs with our software capabilities, and collaborate with Sales Managers to accelerate growth.

You'll build ROI cases, navigate enterprise RFP/RFT processes, and shape the market through cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying software or SaaS sales experience.
• Proven new-business hunting with self-sourced pipeline.
• Experience winning net-new business with no prior software relationship.
• Strong pipeline development, qualification and forecasting.
• Experience coordinating enterprise proposals and multi-stakeholder bids.
• Ability to engage executives, IT and finance stakeholders.
• CRM, forecasting and standardization of sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Own SaaS pipeline generation, qualification and forecast accuracy.
• Prospect into new accounts with outbound outreach.
• Manage full sales cycle from engagement to contract execution.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify software opportunities.
• Structure commercial proposals and coordinate tender submissions.
• Drive cross-functional activity with product, marketing and customer success.
