Job summary

Trane Technologies invites motivated engineering students to join a 12-week Summer Technical Sales Internship. You will work with Sales Account Managers and gain hands-on exposure to the design, application and sale of HVAC systems for commercial buildings. Eligible candidates are actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, must be a U.S.

citizen or able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and should be prepared to travel.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Passion for continuous learning in technical fields and engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand the design, application and sale of HVAC systems for buildings.
• Attend sales meetings, calls and customer visits; learn the sales process end-to-end.
• Collaborate with mentors to develop technical, business and communication skills.
